7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At Right2Fit, we stand behind the quality of every product. If you're not completely satisfied, we make it easy to return or exchange.

Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
• Items purchased during sales or with discount codes are eligible for exchange only

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@r2fwear.com with your order number and reason
2. We'll send a return confirmation within 24 hours
3. Ship the item back to us (return shipping cost borne by the customer)

Refund Timeline

• Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
• Refund issued to the original payment method
• COD orders refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI)

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items

• Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage
• Items without original tags or packaging
