We want every Right2Fit purchase to be perfect. If something is not right — wrong size, quality issue, or a change of mind — we make it easy to return or exchange. Just reach out to us with your details and we will handle everything.

Please note: A convenience fee of Rs. 99 applies on all return and exchange requests. This covers reverse pickup and handling charges. The fee is deducted from your refund amount, or collected at the time of pickup for exchange orders.

We confirm and schedule pickup

Our team confirms eligibility and books a reverse pickup within 24 hours. The Rs. 99 fee is collected at pickup (exchange) or deducted from your refund (return).

We ship the replacement or process your refund

Exchange orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the returned item. Refunds are processed in 5–7 business days after the Rs. 99 deduction.
